Position: Area Manager

Job Description:

1.To ensure that the clinics meet/exceed the sales targets provided to them. Tracks the performance of sales and guides the clinic teams to improve their skills to ensure more sales

2.Needs to take the responsibility of complete operations in the Area Is indirectly responsible for the clinic infrastructure, machines, stocks, tools, petty cash and the operational standards

3.Monitors and drives the clinic teams to perform better.
4.Trains and guides the Center Heads to perform better
5.Takes initiatives and comes up with business ideas to increase revenue and or improve service for his/her clinic.

6.To be responsible for Targets.
7. Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve organisational goals
8. Has effective leadership Skills and manpower handling skills
9.To implement new projects decided by Management
