Age Limit:- The age of the candidates applying for the position of Scouts and Guides Quota (Sports Quota) should not less than 18 years and should not more than 25 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 1^st January 2015.
Qualification:- candidates applying for the position of Scouts and Guides Quota (Sports Quota) should have passed matriculation standard / 10^th class examination / ITI or equivalent or Graduation.

Application Fee:- Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position of Scouts and Guides Quota (Sports Quota) are required to pay application fee Rs 10/- for general category candidates / OBC category candidates through Indian Postal order drawn in the favor of FA & CAO / North Railway and payable at Malegaon post office, Guwahati:- 781011. Schedule cate category candidates (SC) / Schedule tribe category candidates (ST) are exempted from payment of application fee.
