Job Description
Position: Recruiter/Senior Recruiter (0-2)years of exp

• Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific customer's requirements
• Involved in sourcing profiles through international job portals
• Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates
• Post job on the portals to increase the pool of candidates
• Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested the opportunity
• Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analysing and screening their resumes
• Conduct skills testing and reference checks

Specifications:

• Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
• (BCA, MCA, MSc, B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Com - NOT ELIGIBLE)
• Experience: 0-2 Year ( HR or BPO Voice Experience)
• Good communication
• Saturday & Sunday fixed off
• Transport: Free transport
