Analog Circuit Design Engineer

EMPLOYER: ASIC North, Inc.​ provides very large scale integrated circuit design services to the Semiconductor industry.​  We work with Fab and FablessSemiconductor companies at various levels, including execution of entire projects, complementing customers’ existing design teams, and providing engineering staff as needed.​  In addition, ASIC North develops and provides intellectual property, such as data converters, power management, and RFID subsystems, to our customers.​ The majority of our work is done with CMOS and SOI technologies from 180nm down to 14nm.​

JOB TITLE:  VLSI Circuit Design Engineer

LOCATIONS:  Burlington, Vermont                 
                           Tempe, Arizona                    
                           Raleigh, North Carolina and Austin, TX
     
                         

 
DUTIES:  Design Analog circuits per specified requirements, and direct layout technicians to implement circuits using industry standard Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and technologies.​ The ideal candidate will have strong Analog design skills and experience in a variety of areas (High speed IO, Data Converters, Voltage references, RF circuits, PLL’s, etc.​) using state of the art deep sub-micron technologies.​

REQUIREMENTS:
1.​     Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering
2.​     20, 16,14 or 10 nm process experience.​
3.​      FinFET
4.​      Experience with Cadence EDA (Composer /​ Virtuoso)
5.​      DDR Design experience
6.​      Experience with CALIBRE LVS/​DRC preferred
7.​     Analog Mixed Signal/​IO experience
