Job Description:

• Involved in daily operations of the Restaurant.
• Welcomes & greets the Guest in the restaurant.
• Takes the Food & Beverage order from the guest.
• Discuss the day specials with the guest
• Doing Suggestive & Up selling of the menu items.
• Serving of Food & Beverage at the table
• Ensure guest satisfaction at every given point of time.
• To provide courteous with professional service at all times following serve sequence.
• To communicate guest comments / complaints to the senior.
• Presenting and settlement of the bill.
• Giving warm farewell to the guest.
• Responsible for mise-en-scene place at the restaurant and if the customer didnt turn up at the said time, than he / she is given a reminder call.
• Responsible for the bar set up.
• Making drinks as per the recipe.
• To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
• To attend all training classes conducted by the Trainers.
• To execute other assignments as allocated by F&B Executive / Manager.
• To attend daily briefings.
• Reports to the F&B Executive / Manager.
• To escalate any client / customer issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• To have thorough knowledge of recipes of food item mentioned in the menu card.
• Feedback form is filled by the customer.
Desired Profile:

• Candidate must have prior experience of Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Excellent Inter-personal and Communication skills
