Key Responsibilities
Managing Transport Ground Operations.
Renewal of AMCs
Vendor management, Liasoning with Govt bodies.
Compile MIS and Provision Reports.
Supervise the overall Transport Function & Facilities in the night.
Conduct fortnightly Meeting with Operation Manager to understand grievances if any.
Conduct Presentations for Transport Projects and also for Induction batches.
Conducting feedback session with different processes.
Conducting Drivers Training.
Excellent Communication Skills Interpersonal, Verbal & Written
Ability to manage multiple priorities by being well-organized and having strong time management skills.
Cafeteria, Housekeeping, Call centers, cabins, Technical, Transportation, Training Area, Soft skill, Raising Invoices, Material Requisition, DG testing, Daily reports & Meter reading.
Man Power Management, Vendor Management, stocks.
Liasoning with govt bodies.
Man Power Management, Vendor Management, stocks.
Internal Audit & inventory & Liasoning with govt bodies.
Sourcing revenue for organization & conducting Employee Benefit programs.
Introducing new systems & Controlled Cost saving measures
