Female
candidates with graduation (B-tech preferable). Excellent
communication, Inter personal & coordination skills. Positive
attitude with learning ability & grasping power. Good knowledge of
computers (Basics, MS Office ) with knowledge on call logging software
is advantage. Should be able to prepare & produce reports. Lodging
complaint calls, Assign the call to the Engineers. Coordinate with
service engineers to attend Service calls. Good experience in Excel /
Word. Resolve helpdesk service calls using documented procedures. Attend
support calls and emails for first level technical support. Solve
routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority. Ensure
customer satisfaction through continuous status information. Follow-up
with vendors for closure of the Tickets.
