Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility on projects assigned by meeting the timeline expectations, quality standards and effective sampling
Take complete database ownership. Generate reports on panel health, effectiveness on engagement activities conducted, send email blasts etc.
Scripting of surveys on demand
Address panelist queries within the SLA (8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours etc.) with suitable responses and close issues/tickets raised
Experience:
0-2 years of online panel/database management
Project management and client interactions on market research survey fulfillment
Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in a team in a collaborative manner
