West Bengal SSC recruitment 2015 notification Librarian post : West Bengal Staff selection commission (WBSSC) invites application for the position of Librarian under home department. Apply online before 6^th November 2015.

Age Limit:- The age of the candidates applying for the position of Librarian should not less than 18 years and should not more than 32 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 1^st January 2015.
Qualification:- candidates applying for the position of Librarian should have Master degree in Library science from a recognized university or a second class master degree in any subject other than library science from a recognized university and a bachelor degree in library science from a recognized university.
Selection Procedure:- Selection of the candidates applying for the position of Library will be on the basis of written Exam and Personal Interview depending on the number of applications received.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit of the candidates applying for the position of library is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities of West Bengal.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities of West Bengal.
iii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities of West Bengal.
Application Fee:- Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position of Library are required to pay application fee Rs 200/- for all other category candidates except SC / ST category candidates and processing fees of Rs 20/- (Total amount Rs 220/-) only. Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PWD shall pay fees of Rs 20/- only.
Online mode:- Candidates will pay Rs 5/- through payment gateway using debit card / credit card / Net banking of any bank.
Online submission through Tathya Mitra Kendras:- Candidates will pay Rs 40/- to the authorized staff of the Tathya Mitra Kendra.
