� Key knowledge of supervising the team towards their target achievement, Implementation of marketing strategies and of planned execution of Special Activities, Achieving OP (Operational Plan) month after month.
� Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base, setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole. Reaching the targets and goals set for his area
� Recruiting and on the job training to Reps, Developing strategies for achievement of sales and setting targets
� Monitoring His team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
� Monitoring and sending Feedback on the performance of team in the field on a daily basis
