 Chandigarh Administration, Chandigarh Police Department recruitment of Constables for fill up 520 vacancies in Chandigarh Police. Eligible Candidates are advised to Apply Online, the Online Registration start from 1st December 2015 and close on 31st December 2015.

Age Limit: General - 18-25 years (01.01.1990 to 31.12.1996), OBC - 18-28 years (01.01.1987 to 31.12.1996), SC - 18-30 years (01.01.1985 to 31.12. 1996).
Minimum Educational Qualification: Matriculation with High Secondary Pass (10+2 or equivalent).
Driving License: Valid Driving license (Motor Car & Motor Cycle) is mandatory for all candidates (including Ex-servicemen) of the concerned licensing Authority. As a one time exception for the purpose of this recruitment only, this condition has been waived by IG/Chandigarh in respect of female candidates only.
Physical Standards:
(1) Height - 170 cm (Male), 157.5 cm (Female)
(2) Chest (only for male) - 84-88 cm
Schedule of Fee: ₹ 500/- for General and OBC Candidates; No fee for SC and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
Selection Process: Physical Efficiency & Measurement Test (PE & MT) and Written Test. The PE & MT test will tentatively start in the month of February, 2016 at Police Lines, Sector-26, Chandigarh and IRB Complex, Sarangpur followed by Written Test. The candidates are advised to check the schedule for PE&MT in February-2016 on the website of Chandigarh Police.
