Conde
Nast India is looking for two data analysts to help scale our digital
business. The Data Analysts will report into the Audience Development
Director and work closely with the Editorial, Technology and Marketing
teams. Conde Nast's digital portfolio includes websites, mobile apps,
social media channels and video channels across the four Conde Nast
India brands: Vogue, GQ, Conde Nast Traveler and Architectural Digest.
- Manage content and audience analytics tools like Newswhip/ Parsely/ Optimizely/ Google Analytics Premium/ Google DFP Premium/ Google Big Data/ Comscore/ first party cookies
- Segment audiences based on profile/ behavior and create personas
- Create actionable insights from content and audience data
- Work with Technology team to optimize product for search/ social
- Work with Editorial and Audience development teams to help grow audiences
- Work with Marketing and Commercial teams to present audiences to advertisers

Desired Skills and Experience
The
Data Analysts need to have 4-8 years of revelant experience in digital
agencies, data analytics consultancies, digital media organizations or
ecommerce companies, and a strong blend of hard and soft skills:
- Experience in working with content and audience analytics tools like Newswhip/ Parsely/ Optimizely/ Google Analytics Premium/ Google DFP Premium/ Google Big Data/ Comscore/ first party cookies.
- Ideally, certification in Google Analytics Premium/ Google DFP Premium/ Google Tag Manager.
- Strong capability to understand business problems in the context of a media organization and use data to solve them.
- Ideally, an understanding of premium content in the fashion, design, travel and lifestyle spaces.
- Excellent communication, team-work and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with content and audience analytics tools like Newswhip/ Parsely/ Optimizely/ Google Analytics Premium/ Google DFP Premium/ Google Big Data/ Comscore/ first party cookies.
