?. Analyze data from our CRM system to generate accurate win/loss analysis for our BPI product line in the first instance
2. Reconcile data from the CRM system with our Navision systems globally to determine deviations between our quotation, orders and deliveries to our customers.
3. Continue to analyze data from Navision to see what quotations and orders are placed there vs those which appear on CRM so that we can get a better analysis of overall product pricing
4. Analyze data from the operations team on product cost to make sure that we know these numbers accurately
5. Undertake margin analysis on BPI products in the short term, extending out to all product groups later
6. Perform other data analysis as maybe required from time to time
7. Provide advice to the IT group in automating data entry processes to improve quality and accuracy of database entries.
8. Create reports for publication to senior management on a routine basis (weekly interim and monthly consolidated)
