After completion of 3 months will be promoted for Sr Profile accordingly salary also will go high.

(1) Engineer- Sales shall devote his full time, skill and attention to the business of the company and promote the interests of the company. Engineer- Sales will ensure that the sales agreed upon (targets) shall be achieved during the calendar year 2015-16. This shall be reviewed and the performance will be monitored on monthly basis
(2) Engineer- Sales will work under the advise of the Head-Business Development and he will carry out the assignments and duties entrusted to him from time to time.
(3) Engineer-Sales will have to create the necessary data for prospects. Should follow up with the prospects, organize appropriate demonstrations are made to ensure that the deal is completed followed by payment collection and after sale customer relationship is obtained.
(4) “Confidential Information” includes confidential and proprietary information and various trade secrets including scientific, engineering and technical know-how, processes, computer software and related documentation owned or marketed by Engineer- Sales or its clients, marketing strategies, customer requirements, customer lists, employees’ compensation, methods of doing business, the financial affairs of the company and other confidential information which belongs to Engineer- Sales or its customers.
(5) Engineer- Sales shall retain all Confidential Information in the strictest confidence. He shall not disclose any confidential information to any person other than for the purposes of Head- Business Development and shall not use for his own purposes or for purposes other than those of Business Development, any Confidential Information which I have acquired in relation to the business, its affiliates or the customers or either shall not be obliged to disclose others or use the Confidential Information continues in effect following the termination of the position, for whatever reason, unless prior written consent of the Head- Business Development has been obtained.
(6) Engineer- Sales discovers any invention or knowledge during his tenure as Engineer- Sales, he will not disclose the same to others and the Engineer- Sales will be entitled to get the benefit of the same. The company will be entitled to get the invention or knowledge patented with the statutory authorities in India and abroad, so that the company may be entitled to use the patent rights with respect of such invention or knowledge. Mr. Ramesh will provide all help in getting the invention or knowledge patented in the name of the organization.
(7) Engineer- Sales will not without prior permission in writing of the Head- Business Development, engage in any other service or business directly or indirectly during the term of his term as Head- Business Development.
(8) The services of Engineer- Sales can be transferred to any part of the country, where the organization is planning for expansion.
(9) Engineer- Sales shall retire on completion of 60 years of age.
