HR Technology Analyst

About the Position:

- Develop, document and analyze business processes and functional requirements.

- Facilitate information gathering, structured documentation and presentation of findings to team.

- Provide superior customer service and support to our fellow colleagues and business partners to maximize their efficient use of systems.

- Assist with implementation of process changes and business system enhancements.

- Continuously improve HR Systems processes and procedures.

- Participate in the development of business cases.

- Conduct analyses of functional business cases in the support of process changes and/or projects.

- Audit and refinement of HR data; continually improving our data footprint.

- Assist in system testing and quality assurance process for system upgrades and new module implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional experience on PeopleSoft preferred.

- Advanced knowledge of Excel is critical. For example, a VLOOKUP or pivot table should be standard practice.

- Experience supporting and/or implementing functional processes and technical design.

- Knowledge of SQL is plus

- Knowledge of HRIS system and practices associated with this area of organization.

- Excellent oral and written communications skills.

- Ability to analyze and interpret HR and related data.

Minimum Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3+ years Business Analyst and/or System experience.:
