Designation: Sales Manager / Asst Sales Manager
Experience: 4-6 years in relevant industry
Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Should have managed a sales team of at least 10 people
• Experience in front line sales ideally in retail
• Sales process driven and methodical in approach
• Should be able to work independently
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Good Communication skills
Roles & Responsibility:
• Managing a sales team of over 20 sales executives
• Sales tracking, Sales process management and and motivating team members
• Setting team targets & ensuring that they are met
• Managing the incentive plan
• Campaign management
• Training and enabling new sales recruits
• Submitting required MIS reports to management as required
