Job Description

What are my responsibilities?
EHS Plan preparation as per contractual requirements / implementation at site
EHS Training for Site Employees
EHS Risk assessment & Mitigation of all construction activities
EHS Assessment of sites through evaluation and Audits
Subcontractor performance monitoring and Evaluation
Compliance of Legal & other requirements in EHS
Preparation of EHS MIS & communicate
Driving ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001:
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Any Graduate or diploma holder with 7 years of work experience in full fledged SHE department of any Public Sector / Leading Private Sector / MNC / with prior approval of employer on a case to case basis
 Degree in Science / Diploma in Engineering with Govt. recognized safety diplomas from Correspondence course of NICMAR, Annamalai University, National and State Productivity Councils, Other State Technical Education Boards etc.
Any Graduate or diploma holder with 5 years of work experience in full fledged SHE department of any Public Sector / Leading Private Sector / MNC / with prior approval of employer on a case to case basis

• Minimum 4 years experience in project sites with civil, electrical and mechanical work in which 2 years Metro Rail project experience.
• Experience of conducting safety training programmes, safety audits
• Fluent in Hindi, English and local language
• Good people skills and ability to interact all levels of employees, contractors, customers, etc
• Day to Day coordination with Civil / Electrical contractors, Client representatives
• Ensure implementation of EHS and Quality Plans for the project as per Siemens / Client Guidelines / Contractual requirements
