Government of India, set up with a view to achieving planned and coordinates development of the teacher education system through-out the country, the regulation and proper maintenance f norms and standard in the teacher education / system and for matters connected there-with. National council for Teacher education (NCTE) invites application from eligible candidates for filling up the following posts on contractual basis for NCTE Hqrs, New Delhi, retired officer from central / state government / PSU / stator or semi-government or autonomous body under government are encouraged to apply for the position of 12 Research Assistant, Consultant and various vacancies. Eligibility:- MA, M.Ed.

Research Assistant:- 04 Posts

• Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of research Assistant should have MA in social science / humanities / education or M.Ed. with experience.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 25000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate applying for the position of research Assistant should be 65 years.

Consultant (Accounts and Finance):- 01 Posts

• Qualification:- Candidates applying for the position of Consultant (Accounts and Finance) should have Retired officer at the level of undersecretary or equivalent with 03 year experience.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 42000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of the candidate applying for the position of Consultant (Accounts and Finance) should be 65 years.
