Lead Data Analytics

Overview

One of our client is looking for a Lead : Data analyst to be a part of our growing Data analytics team. As a Lead, you will get to design and develop data driven products that will directly impact the design of our consumer-facing apps and will augment our in-house analytics driven Social media marketing efforts.
As an ideal candidate you should:
. Building & delivering analytics mandates for our platform across different problem definitions
. Deliver on analytical solutions for leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise
. Lead engagements and assignments to ensure successful and timely delivery of output with high quality and in accordance with client’s needs and expectations
. Extract and analyze our website and mobile user data to help us decide what features click with the users.
. Design and validate experiments with data to test out new product features
. Do awesome work in helping optimize logistics of our operations
. Analyze user behavior and develop User Recommendation Systems
. Work with our engineers and designers to build amazing consumer facing data driven products
. Be responsible for setting up and driving our data analytics effort
. Design and build tools for our Analytics team
Requirements :
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple types of data
. Technical grasp on at least one tool out of SAS, SPSS, R, Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, Knime
. Experience with Excel & VBA
. Comfortable using relational databases like MySQL
. Good logical thinking and problem solving skills
. Accuracy and up to date knowledge on research techniques & their applications
. Should have worked in the analytics industry
. Background in Machine Learning, Statistics or Information Retrieval
. Fluency with a scripting language such as Python would be given preference
