You’ll be working as one of our sales experts focused on selling our products & services to a diverse client group across Media, Corporate and Creative Agency. You’ll be part of a team which focuses on selling to advertising or creative agencies, you develop client relationships and grow accounts to realise their full potential across multiple products.

Your Next Challenge 
  • Generates prospective customers through outbound calling and following up on qualified and non-qualified leads
  • Handles inbound and service queries from unassigned clients via telephone and email; including price quotations, product and licensing information, solicitation, negotiation, and customer requests for service related to password resets, download issues, technical questions, etc
  • Proactively sells to customers and engages in discovery activities that determine customer needs and suggest relevant products and services
  • Accountable for meeting or exceeding monthly sales quota
  • Use consultative based selling techniques
  • Qualifies and follows up on company generated leads and other means to reach out to potential customers
  • Close sales and identify high potential revenue opportunities through market and customer profiling
  • Understand all Getty Images products and services and leverage these products and services to build new segment customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities
  • Find creative solutions and be proactive in finding opportunities to make up any shortfall
  • Responsible for selling all products and services to customers and prospects via the telephone

What You'll Need
  • Degree level educated preferred
  • 2-5 years B2B sales experience ideally selling to advertising/marketing/digital agencies, a background in selling copyright content is highly advantageous
  • Ability to build rapport with client contacts and to be able to demonstrate an understanding for their business direction & short/ medium term needs
  • Confidence in selling and are target orientated with a strong motivation to maximise revenue, exceed your KPIs, close deals and up-sell
  • Strong revenue focus, motivated to grow revenue of client base
  • Demonstrated success in building new business revenue through outbound, cold calling and generating revenue from new clients
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects; must have strong organization skills
  • Proficient knowledge of all MS Office tools
  • Demonstrated closing and forecasting skills
  • Able to build cross-functional relationships necessary to deliver revenue results
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and proposal development skills
  • Team player: work collaboratively with sales & internal colleagues
