SSA Odisha Recruitment 2015-2016 for 133 Education Instructor Jobs. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Keonjhar, Odisha has released notification for the recruitment of 133 Part Time Physical Education Instructor, Art Education Instructor vacancies in the Govt. Upper Primary Schools of Keonjhar District. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed format of application on or before 26-11-2015.
About SSA:
Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is Government of India’s flagship programme for achievement of Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE) in a time bound manner, as mandated by 86th amendment to the Constitution of India making free and compulsory Education to the Children of 6-14 years age group, a Fundamental Right.
SSA is being implemented in partnership with State Governments to cover the entire country and address the needs of 192 million children in 1.1 million habitations.
In Odisha SSA has been implemented in 30 districts since 2001 with the following objectives –
All children of 6-14 years age group in school by 2003.
All children to complete 5 years of schooling by 2007.
All children to complete 8 years of schooling by 2010.
Universal retention by 2010.
Bridge all gender and social category gaps at primary stage by 2007 and at Upper Primary stage by 2010.
Focus on Elementary Education of satisfactory quality with focus on education for life.

• Part Time Physical Education Instructor: 66 Posts
• Part Time Art Education Instructor: 67 Posts
• Visual Art: 09 Posts
• Performing Art: 58 Posts

Age Limit:

Between 18-42 years and 5 years relaxation for ST/ SC/ Ex-Serviceman/Women/ SEBC candidate. No reservation for Physically Handicapped persons. Between 18-42 years and 5 years relaxation for ST/SC/Ex-Serviceman/Women/ SEBC candidate & 10 years in case of Physically Handicapped persons.

Educational Qualification:

Post No.1: Candidates must have +2 with CPED/Degree or Post Graduation Degree in Professional Education.
Post No.2: Degree or Post Graduation Degree in visual Art/ Performing Art. The BVA & BFA for the pass out students belonging to Visual Art and B-MUS pass out students belonging to performing Art.
