  Job Purpose (Job Summary)

  
  

  The candidate for this position will be part of the Operations group within Global Portfolio services that will be responsible for assisting with the day to day support of the Bank Loan platform that conducts business across various special purpose vehicles.

  
  

  The senior operations analyst is a key member of the operations team responsible for processing, resolving issues, prioritizing, reviewing and supporting others in the day today activities.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  
  

  • Daily Cash and Position Reconciliation between Invesco and Trustees for all the Bank Loan funds.
  • Processing, reporting and reviewing the daily NAV’s for all the Bank Loan funds.
  • Processing, Reconciling and reporting of all the Collateral Loan Obligations compliance activities for the specified funds as per report schedule.
  • Perform daily critical downloads from various websites.
  • Processing several reports on a daily basis which are used by various teams for operational and investment decisions.
  • Updating/ Rectifying the Subscriptions and Redemptions in application on a daily basis.
  • Updating and reviewing the procedural documents on a monthly basis.
  • Taking part in the weekly calls with the teams in other locations.
  • Work closely with the onsite offices in ensuring smooth flow of the process.
  • Ensure all the transitions are run smoothly with in the stipulated time.
  • Proactively identify potential operational risks, suggest mitigation strategy to manager and lead the implementation of the agreed upon mitigation strategy.
  • Ensure that all reconciliations and processes are completed in a timely manner without affecting any process deadlines.
  • Ensure that all the critical tasks are processed and reviewed as per the procedural documents and control points.
  • Responsible for helping/Guiding the team members to prioritize the work and to do the Job on their own.

  
  

  Work Experience / Knowledge: 

  
  

  §  3+ Years of experience in Investment Operations

  §  A solid understanding of the security market and mutual fund operations is beneficial

  §  Background in accounting / finance
